aliasofwestgate at 04:42pm on 26/04/2003I'm at my parents house for the weekend, which is fun. I get to visit my kitty, the black Velvet brat. She's also my leech, since she tags along with me all day :D
Younger bro is out of jail too, which is good.....but he's STILL standoffish, and we have to communicate at some point. Hopefully he will before i go back on the road tommorrow back to GR again.
Dad was also nice enough to replace the front tires on the metro for me!!!! That was a shock, but a good thing, now all that's left is that annoying little rear left side blinker that burnt out last thursday. *weird grin* What is it with me and cars? Go figure.
Anyway, i might be able to get the little bro to watch Saiyuki, but i doubt it. GEtting him to pay attention to anything but girls and rap is really hard to do. On the good side, i also got my own copies of both current Harry Potter movies, which Angie-kun wants to watch. But we get a Miyazaki night at some point when we're both not tired :P I also added Billy Elliot to my collection of DVDs, excellent little 2001 brit film. Good old UK punk/rock and whatnot in it too. (trust me to remember the music).
Anyway, that's all for now....off to visit with the folks and spoil the leech kitty.
